Nicolás grew up in a village in the Serranía de Ronda where his uncle has made wine for as long as he can remember — not professionally, just because he loves it. The first time Nicolás joined him for harvest, something clicked. What started as a family ritual turned into a genuine interest in the wines coming out of this corner of Andalusia.
